Upon placing an order or requesting support we collect your supplied details: name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, chosen plan, and — for MAG-style devices — the MAC address necessary for activation. While browsing, our host captures standard technical details such as IP address, browser type and accessed pages.
Third-party gateways handle all payments. We receive only confirmation of successful transactions and their references. Full card numbers never enter or reside within our systems.
Why we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your messages and provide installation help.
- To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- With your approval, to dispatch periodic service notices or promotional communications — opt-out is immediate via a single reply.
Who we share it with
Information is shared solely with operational partners: payment gateways, hosting and infrastructure providers, and messaging services. Each receives only data essential to their role. Legal requirements may also necessitate disclosure.
How long we keep it
Purchase and billing documentation is maintained per accounting standards. Support correspondence is preserved during active subscription and for a reasonable duration afterward to facilitate assistance upon return. Technical logs are retained briefly then removed.
Your rights

Security
Customer record access is confined to support staff, with all site data transfers encrypted. No system offers perfect security: never disclose your password to requests originating outside our verified WhatsApp or email.
Children
